Will This Drawer Box Fit Your Products?

Start with the product rather than choosing an approximate box size. Send each bottle’s maximum diameter or width, total height including the cap or dropper, filled weight and the number of products per set. For mixed sets, include measurements for every item. A physical product sample helps us check the fit before production.

A Clear Window and a Controlled Sliding Reveal

The PET window displays the product while the box is closed. Window shape and size can be adapted to the bottle silhouette and your artwork. A larger opening offers more visibility but leaves less sleeve material around it, so the opening and its surrounding border should be assessed together.

The drawer can use a ribbon pull or finger notch. These are alternative opening details shown in the reference images; specify your preferred version in the quotation brief. During sampling, check the fully closed appearance, drawer travel and sliding fit with the intended products loaded. A smooth slide should still provide suitable retention for the agreed handling conditions.

Paper Insert or Thermoformed Plastic Tray?

The insert supports the products and determines how the set looks through the window. Compare the options against bottle shape, peso, presentation and packing requirements.

A fitted tray helps limit product movement, but appearance alone does not establish transport performance. Glass-bottle protection depends on the complete packed system, including the insert, retail box, cushioning and shipping carton. Include any transport validation requirements in your project brief.

The reference uses a dark paper-wrapped rigid box with blue graphic details. Your brand can use different colors, artwork and paper textures. Board construction and wrapping paper are selected for the finished size, product weight and target appearance; no single paper weight is mandatory for every order.

• Brand printing: discuss CMYK or Pantone colors and artwork on the sleeve, drawer and suitable insert surfaces.

From Product Brief to Approved Production

What Determines MOQ and Unit Price?

MOQ and pricing are quoted for your specific design. Key cost factors include finished box size, paper and board selection, window construction, insert complexity, stampa, finitura, accessories and order quantity. Different quantities can be quoted against the same agreed specification to support your purchasing decision.

Ask the quotation to identify the sleeve, drawer, PET window, insert and pull accessory, together with any tooling, campione, packing and shipping charges. There is no universal price for every custom size or configuration.

Material Documentation and Shipment Planning

If your sourcing team requires FSC® material sourcing documentation, BRCGS Packaging Materials or IFS PACsecure certification information, request the current documents and confirm the applicable scope. For REACH/SVHC, SDS/MSDS, EPR, PPWR or EUDR documentation needs, identify the materials, destination market and purchasing requirement so availability and applicability can be reviewed.

The pictured paperboard, PET window and plastic tray are different materials. For a project focused on reducing plastic components, discuss a paper insert and whether an open or windowless sleeve would suit your display needs. Recycling arrangements depend on the final materials, rivestimenti, component separation and local collection system; the design should not be described as plastic-free when PET or a plastic tray is included.

Treat this rigid drawer design as assembled packaging unless a separate collapsible construction is agreed. 7. How long do samples and bulk production take?

8. Can these boxes ship flat and protect glass bottles in transit?

Do not assume this rigid design ships flat. Confirm assembled packing or request a separate collapsible construction. Protection must be evaluated with the actual bottles, fitted insert, retail box and outer shipping packaging; agree any transport testing requirements before ordering.
