A coordinated gift set starts with packaging that fits. Pack Packaging creates made-to-order rigid paper gift boxes for skincare collections, perfume sets and branded gifts. The illustrated design combines an ivory paper finish, fine gold-colored botanical decoration and a satin ribbon bow. Use it as a starting point for your own colors, logo and product arrangement.

All dimensions are fully custom. This design is not a fixed-size stock box. We develop the internal space, board specification and optional insert around your products, presentation goals and budget.

A Ribbon Detail That Becomes Part of Your Brand

Choose the ribbon color, largura, position and branding to coordinate with your artwork. Discuss a decorative bow or a functional ribbon tie, and choose the lid construction during structural development. If you prefer a magnetic closure, request it as part of your specification and approve the construction on the sample.

Send the length, largura, height and weight of each item, including caps, pumps and any retail cartons. For mixed gift sets, specify quantities and the preferred arrangement. We can discuss an insert layout that separates products and presents them neatly when the box opens.

Materials and Branding Options

A rigid greyboard core provides the box structure, while the wrapping paper determines much of its color, texture and feel. Espessura da placa, paper weight and lining are selected to suit the box dimensions, product weight and required finish. We do not assign one universal board specification to every order.

The reference design shows gold-colored decoration; the production technique is selected with your artwork. For a similar result, discuss foil stamping and an appropriate paper texture. Fine lines and small lettering should be reviewed on the sample.

From Packaging Brief to Approved Production Sample

1. Send your brief. Include product dimensions or samples, quantidade do pedido, obra de arte, destination and required arrival date.
2. Confirm the specification. Agree on box structure, inner and outer dimensions, papel, terminar, fita, insert and shipping configuration.
3. Review the sample. Check product fit, lid alignment, ribbon attachment, cor, logo detail and the overall opening experience.
4. Approve production. Confirm the sample, artwork and order conditions before the bulk schedule starts.

Sample production: 3–5 working days. One free sample is available with a bulk order; confirm the applicable sample specification and shipping charges. Bulk production: 15–20 dias úteis, subject to approved specifications and order conditions. Design development, revisions and transportation should be allowed for separately.

Quality Details to Review Before Ordering

Use the approved sample to define your expectations for straight edges, wrapped corners, lid alignment, surface cleanliness and insert fit. Review print registration, foil coverage, embossed detail and ribbon placement. Confirm the inspection criteria and any transit testing required for your filled pack before production.

Shipping Configuration and Material Documentation

Assembled or foldable construction is agreed during development. Request a foldable alternative if compact shipping is a priority. Freight and container loading depend on finished dimensions, quantidade, packing configuration, carton size, weight and destination. Request packing data with your quotation to compare the total landed cost.

Tell us your destination market and documentation requirements at the start. Request the current certificates and material documents relevant to the quoted specification and intended use. Fornecimento de papel, tintas, adesivos, fita, coatings and inserts should be reviewed as applicable. Recyclability depends on the final material combination and local collection systems. Discuss material separation and recovery options for your destination market.

Magnetic closure is an option to specify during development. Tell us whether you want a ribbon tie, magnetic closure or another lid design. The selected construction will be confirmed in the quotation and sample.

4. Can you make an insert for glass bottles or a skincare set?

Sim. We can discuss custom cutouts or compartments based on item dimensions, weight and layout. The insert material and fit are confirmed during development. Share any handling or transit protection requirements so the complete packaging can be evaluated.

5. What is your minimum order quantity and unit price?

MOQ and unit price are quoted for the specification and quantity. Tamanho, quadro, papel, impressão, acabamentos, ribbon and inserts affect cost. Send your brief and quantity options for a comparable quotation, including applicable sampling, tooling and shipping charges.

6. How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Samples take 3–5 working days and bulk production takes 15–20 working days, subject to approved specifications and order conditions. One free sample is available with a bulk order. Confirm sample scope, shipping charges and the schedule before ordering; transit time is separate.

7. Can the boxes be shipped flat to reduce freight?

That depends on the agreed construction. Foldability must be specified during development. If compact shipping is a priority, request a foldable alternative and compare its appearance, assembly needs and packing volume before approving the structure.
