Pack Packaging produces custom ampoule packaging boxes for cosmetic brands developing serum collections, day-and-night routines and premium gift sets. This blue-and-white design illustrates a hinged lid rigid presentation box with two product zones and an insert tailored to glass ampoules. Your finished packaging is developed to your own product dimensions, bottle count, branding and budget.

Fit the box and insert to your actual ampoules

Start with the ampoule’s maximum diameter, altura total, shoulder profile and filled weight, together with the number of units per set. A physical bottle sample is useful when checking fit. Internal clearances, spacing, insertion depth and lid clearance should be agreed before approving the box dimensions.

• Custom layout: change the bottle count, row arrangement or division between two product groups.
• Fitted support: discuss paperboard or other insert materials to match the required support, appearance and budget. Final material and construction are confirmed in the quotation.
• Practical removal: check that ampoules can be taken out comfortably without excessive movement during handling.

A gift box and insert form part of the protection system. Transport protection also depends on the outer carton, amortecimento, filled product and shipping route. Agree the validation method for your project rather than relying on appearance alone.

Hinged lid presentation and day-and-night organization

The attached lid provides an interior panel for your brand story, routine sequence, product identification or approved usage illustrations. Contrasting colors can distinguish day and night formulas, different product lines or steps within a skincare collection. Text and graphics are printed from your approved artwork.

Magnetic closure can be specified for this style. Magnet positions, closing alignment, opening action and clearance above the ampoules are confirmed during sampling. Request a closed-box view and an opening demonstration when reviewing the prototype.

Materiais, printing and surface finishes

The reference specification shown is 1200 gsm greyboard with 157 gsm wrapping paper. It is a starting configuration, not a mandatory material. Board weight, tipo de papel, lining and insert can be adjusted after the size, product weight and target finish are reviewed. Paper grammage alone does not define the final board thickness.

Not every finishing process needs to be combined. Share your target unit cost so the material and decoration proposal can be compared against a simpler configuration.

From packaging brief to approved production

1. Send the brief: provide bottle dimensions or samples, units per box, quantidade do pedido, brand artwork, destination and required arrival date.

Quality checkpoints for your approval

Include these points in the agreed sample and inspection requirements: bottle fit and removal; lid and hinge alignment; magnetic closing action; corner wrapping and exposed edges; print positioning and color reference; foil or UV placement where specified; surface appearance; and carton packing. Any transport or drop-test requirement should be defined for the actual packed configuration.

Factory certification, material test reports and regulatory support are different types of evidence.

1. Can I customize the box size and number of ampoules?

Sim. All dimensions, bottle counts, row arrangements and product zones are developed to order. O 15 + 15 day-and-night design is only an example. Send the ampoule diameter, height and preferred quantity per box so we can review the layout.

2. Are the glass ampoules and skincare products included?

Não. Pack Packaging supplies empty custom paper packaging. Ampoules and cosmetic contents shown are presentation references. The quotation should state whether the fitted insert and any accessories are included.

3. Can you develop an insert for my bottle?

Sim. Provide accurate bottle measurements and preferably a physical sample. Inserir material, cavity shape, support depth, spacing and removal access are agreed during development, then checked with the actual product before production approval.

4. Can the logo, colors and lid-interior instructions be changed?

Sim. Exterior artwork, interior printing, cores, logo and approved instruction graphics can be customized. CMYK, spot colors, estampagem de folha, embossing and spot UV can be discussed for the selected paper and construction.

5. What are the MOQ and unit price?

MOQ and price are quoted against your specific box size, construction, materiais, inserir, imprimir, finishes and order quantity. Share your planned quantities and target budget. Ask for a breakdown of included components, ferramentas, sample charges and shipping.

6. How long does a sample take, and is it free?

Sample production normally takes 3–5 working days after the specifications and sample scope are confirmed. One free sample is available with a bulk order. Confirm the sample type, eligibility, extra work and freight charges in advance.

7. How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production normally takes 15–20 working days, subject to the approved sample, artwork and order conditions. Transit and customs time are separate. Provide your destination and required arrival date so the schedule can be reviewed.

8. Can these rigid boxes ship flat?

Do not assume this design ships flat. The reference is a rigid presentation box; assembled packing is the starting assumption. If reduced shipping volume is important, request a separate collapsible design and confirm its construction, packing and cost before ordering.
