Pack Packaging produces custom ampoule packaging boxes for cosmetic brands developing serum collections, day-and-night routines and premium gift sets. This blue-and-white design illustrates a hinged lid rigid presentation box with two product zones and an insert tailored to glass ampoules. Your finished packaging is developed to your own product dimensions, bottle count, branding and budget.

Fit the box and insert to your actual ampoules

Start with the ampoule’s maximum diameter, total height, shoulder profile and filled weight, together with the number of units per set. A physical bottle sample is useful when checking fit. Internal clearances, spacing, insertion depth and lid clearance should be agreed before approving the box dimensions.

Hinged lid presentation and day-and-night organization

The attached lid provides an interior panel for your brand story, routine sequence, product identification or approved usage illustrations. Contrasting colors can distinguish day and night formulas, different product lines or steps within a skincare collection. Text and graphics are printed from your approved artwork.

The reference specification shown is 1200 gsm greyboard with 157 gsm wrapping paper. It is a starting configuration, not a mandatory material. Board weight, тип бумаги, lining and insert can be adjusted after the size, product weight and target finish are reviewed. Paper grammage alone does not define the final board thickness.

Not every finishing process needs to be combined. Share your target unit cost so the material and decoration proposal can be compared against a simpler configuration.

From packaging brief to approved production

Quality checkpoints for your approval

Include these points in the agreed sample and inspection requirements: bottle fit and removal; lid and hinge alignment; magnetic closing action; corner wrapping and exposed edges; print positioning and color reference; foil or UV placement where specified; surface appearance; and carton packing. Any transport or drop-test requirement should be defined for the actual packed configuration.

Material documentation and shipment planning

We will confirm the available documents, validity and scope for the selected materials and intended use before the order is finalized. Factory certification, material test reports and regulatory support are different types of evidence.

This ampoule gift box does not directly contact the skincare formula. Food-contact documentation, if requested for another application, must be assessed against that separate use. 1. Can I customize the box size and number of ampoules?

3. Can you develop an insert for my bottle?

8. Can these rigid boxes ship flat?

Do not assume this design ships flat. The reference is a rigid presentation box; assembled packing is the starting assumption. If reduced shipping volume is important, request a separate collapsible design and confirm its construction, packing and cost before ordering.
